Tips to Avoid Flu
After the heat then comes rain and then heat again and then rain again. Weather is very unpredictable these days make flu easily to attack anyone, either children or adults. Therefore we must always maintain our health to protect our body from all diseases.
There are several tips that you can do to prevent flu and colds: To prevent the spread of germs, always wash your hands with soap, especially before eating. Drink lots of water, at least eight glasses a day to maintain the entire immune system. Remove the nose dirt; do not inhale it, so that toxin / poison not accumulate in our body.
When it’s rain, change your clothes quickly (warm clothes) and eat warm foods. Increase the consumed of healthy food, vegetables and fruits. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Avoid direct contact with someone that catch flu, colds and coughs. Take a sufficient rest, drink milk. Drink vitamin C to increase our immune.
