There are many ways that can be done by the society in order to achieve happiness both physically and emotionally. Because with the joyful heart, it will make someone can be free from stress, depression and makes the life healthier. Happiness which is experienced by a person usually grows from their own mind, it’s about the perspective of life and what action that should be taken to support your happiness. There are several ways that can be tried. Be grateful on whatever that has been given.
Having a sense of happiness is the foundation of a happy life, and makes it easier for someone to socialize with other people and be able to give happiness to other people. Think of all the wonderful things that ever happened. Then do what you liked most. There are many people who try to please others by doing something that is contrary to himself and this thing will not lead to happiness. Be honest to yourself and do all the things you liked most.
You can also apologizing and forgiving. Keeping hatred or mistakes will not be able to create happiness. Try to ask for and give forgiveness to others, which will make you free from guilt or hatred. Because if it is not disclosed the longer it would disturbing our thoughts and productivity that later on can decrease the quality of life.
