This is good news that should be applied to every person. If it is not, the research just only be a research and do not leave any trace at all. Wouldn’t be easier to turn off the TV and do an activity rather than coming to a gym then just pretending to exercise.

Actually it is not reducing watching TV is the cause of reduced calories, but the motivation to do something else is the key. This is just one form of small change, but I think small change is the beginning to start a big change.
