Of course, to obtain these food benefits, then you can’t just eat any food, especially nowadays where many diseases are caused by having the wrong diet.

Therefore, we certainly have to know about healthy diet. There are at least several criteria in order to obtain a healthy diet, such as: The amount of food, we must balance the amount of calories that we eat and the amount of energy that we spend. If the amount of calories is greater than the energy that we spend, then we will be overweight.

Type of food, our food must contain carbohydrate, protein, fat and specific nutrients. The need of fiber is more than 25 grams a day. To fulfill this need, then we are suggested to consume fruits and vegetables. Protein consumption should be complete between vegetable and animal protein. The sources of vegetable protein are derived from soybeans, tempeh and tofu, while animal protein comes from fish, meat (cow, chicken, buffalo, and goat).

The human body also needs fat, but excessive fat consumption would have a negative impact. Therefore, it is recommended not to consume too much fat. Eating schedule, we should maintain our eating schedule. It would be better to eat frequently in a small portion rather than eat irregularly in a large portion.
