1. Exercise regularly. Some studies said that regular exercise can help people who experience problems with sleep. Exercise should be done in the morning instead of a few minutes before sleep. With exercise, you become healthier, so that the body can fight stress in a better way.

2. Avoid eating and drinking too much before go to bed. Having too much food will cause discomfort in your stomach, while drinking too much will cause you often to urinate. Of course this situation will disturb your sleep.

3. Sleep in a comfortable environment. When you go to bed, turn off the lights, turn off the things that make sounds, make sure you are comfortable with the temperature in your room. Keep the clock out of sight because it can make you anxious because not able to sleep while the clock continues to ticking.
