Overcome Anxiety
Here’s several ways that you can do to overcome your anxiety, that is :
• Relaxation. Sounds cliche, but until now it still the most effective therapy without side effects. Only with a deep breath, hold for a moment, then release slowly in a couple of times already can affect your brain, as emotional control center.
• Move. It was evident that from the various studies that even just go for a walk, the mood could be improved. When you’re sad, anxious, or depressed, do not go inside the covers, but wear comfortable shoes and breathe the outdoor air with walks.
• Listen to soothing music. Music without lyrics, slower tempo from stringed instrument (guitar, harp, violin), proved to have a frequency that can balance the left and right brain. Emotionally makes you more calm.
