Anemia

Anemia is a condition in which occurs a decline in hemoglobin levels, a chemical compound in red blood cells that has function to carry oxygen throughout the entire body. This could be happen due to the reduced levels of hemoglobin, or even red blood cells are decreases. Anemia is often happen due to iron deficiency.

High dietary iron is significantly enough to prevent anemia, foods that contain much iron are like meat and green vegetables. Tannins which contained in tea can inhibit iron absorption in the intestine, so after you eat meat try to not drinking tea.

On contrary, vitamin C has a good effect for the absorption of iron, one serving of beef steak with a glass of orange juice is a good combination to prevent anemia.
