Sinusitis Treatment
Sinusitis is inflammation of the membranes lining the sinuses (air-filled cavities behind the nose, cheeks, and forehead), it causes pain and flabbiness around your eyes and cheeks; nasal congestion and / or watery, and sometimes itching at the top of the teeth and jaw. You also feel uncomfortable in the mouth and fever.
Sinusitis usually occurs as a complication of influenza infection. People who frequent swimming or diving may be more vulnerable. Some of the following can reduce discomfort and speed healing of sinusitis:
1. Place the damp towel, warm around the nose to reduce pain, or inhale the steam up to 3-4 times a day to reduce the blockage.
2. If you have a fever, use of pain relievers.
3. Drink at least 8 glasses of fluids a day warm.
4. Decongestants can relieve your nose. Alternatively, try using a saline nose drops to remove mucus.
Treating Migraine
Migraine is a hard throbbing headache, usually on one side of the head and often behind the eye or temple. You feel nauseated or vomiting, sensitivity to bright lights and loud noises. Migraines can last a few hours to 3 days, intolerable working hard to daily activities.
Before the attack, some people have physical symptoms warning (known as the aura), such as visual disturbances and changes in sense of smell as well. Migraine trigger factors including stress change of bedtime routine, certain foods and drinks, and women with fluctuating hormone levels.
If you get migraines, do the following treatment immediately:
1. Use pain relievers at the beginning of the attack. If you are sick or vomiting, use of migraine medication.
2. If possible, lie down in a dark room, quiet with a pillow to prop your head. Try to sleep.
3. Drinking water throughout the day, especially if you throw up.
4. Use sunglasses when outside on a scorching day.
