Although the researchers did not prove clinically about the calorie reduction, but this study is expected to motivate someone to do slightest changes, including reducing the time to watch TV. This is good news that should be applied to every person. If it is not, the research just only be a research and do not leave any trace at all. Wouldn’t be easier to turn off the TV and do an activity rather than coming to a gym then just pretending to exercise.
