    A Good Breathing Technique

    Good breathing will provide enough oxygen, so you will easily recognize your body. Are you going to live healthy with a good breathing technique? Of course not, this technique will only provide a stimulus for you to recognize problems within yourself and then find its solution. Breathing techniques:

    1. Breathe the air as much as possible in the morning, while thinking and saying that you are the luckiest person on this morning and be thankful with that. Practice this technique at least 11x.

    2. Avoid breathing too fast. Breathing too fast usually happen when you’re angry, irritated, hurriedly, fear, nervousness, excessive exercise or heavy activities. Practice your breathing as steady as possible. Give time for your body to inhale and exhale the air at least half a minute for each breath.

    Swimming Pool PollutionThe guards or pool manager may often have complaints such as sore eyes, nose irritation or difficult to breath after swimming or breathe the air in the pool, especially at the indoor swimming pool. New research shows that these symptoms may be an indication that the water conditions and air quality at indoor swimming pool is bad which caused by formed of irritants materials in the water and air, that is called chloramines.

    The irritants materials in the air at pool is usually a mixture of chlorine byproduct of disinfectant. Byproduct is the result of chlorine bonds with sweat and urine of the swimmers that using the pool. Increasing concentration of a byproduct in the water, then that concentration will spread into the air environment around the room. Breathe the air that containing many irritants materials can cause vary symptoms disorders which depending on the concentration of irritant materials in the air and the amount of air that is inhaled.

    Vitamins A, C and E are an antioxidant that is essential for the body. Vitamin C plays a role for preventing and treating heart attacks, cancer, and builds the immune system at the time the body gets infected, such as when the body catches cold.

    Vitamin A plays a role in the formation and the healthy of the skin, hair and mucous membrane (a membrane that surrounds our organs, such as cheek membrane). Vitamin A also have a role in bone growth, tooth growth and reproduction processes. Vitamin A is also has efficacy to prevent cancer and overcome the skin aging. Precursor of Vitamin A, which is Beta-Carotene, can prevent cancer and prevent heart disease and prevent the occurrence of cataract in the eye. Vitamin A can be obtained from foods such as squash, carrots, spinach, pepper, red chilies, apricot, broccoli, egg yolks and liver.
