Treating Migraine
Migraine is a hard throbbing headache, usually on one side of the head and often behind the eye or temple. You feel nauseated or vomiting, sensitivity to bright lights and loud noises. Migraines can last a few hours to 3 days, intolerable working hard to daily activities.
Before the attack, some people have physical symptoms warning (known as the aura), such as visual disturbances and changes in sense of smell as well. Migraine trigger factors including stress change of bedtime routine, certain foods and drinks, and women with fluctuating hormone levels.
If you get migraines, do the following treatment immediately:
1. Use pain relievers at the beginning of the attack. If you are sick or vomiting, use of migraine medication.
2. If possible, lie down in a dark room, quiet with a pillow to prop your head. Try to sleep.
3. Drinking water throughout the day, especially if you throw up.
4. Use sunglasses when outside on a scorching day.

Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease; the disease is also called blood sugar disease. The disease is characterized by an increased blood sugar levels in a person as a result of metabolic disturbances in the body, where the organ pancreas cannot produce the hormone insulin in accordance with the needs of the body.
Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that is responsible for controlling the number / blood sugar levels and insulin is needed to change the (processed) carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into energy needed human body. The hormone insulin function lowers blood sugar levels.
There are two types of Diabetes Mellitus, namely:
Cancer and Tumors
Cancer is a disease caused by the growth of body tissue cells that are not normal. Cancer cells will grow rapidly, uncontrollably, and will continue to divide, then infiltrate into surrounding tissues (invasive) and continue to spread through the connective tissue, blood, and the attack vital organs and spinal cord.
Under normal circumstances, cells will divide only if there are replacement cells that have died and broken. Instead cancer cells will divide continues even if the body does not need it, so it will happen accumulation of new cells, called malignant tumors. Stacking the cells are urgent and damage normal tissue, thus disturbing the organs they occupy.

Cancer is one disease that is deadly and very scary for most people. But did you know that there are some foods such as fruits and vegetables that can be antidote cancer. According to the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR), some plant foods provide protective effects against various types of cancer.
A person suffering from cancer should eat healthy foods high in protein and calories for energy needs.
