The brain’s function is also responsible for recognition, emotion, memory, and all forms of learning. It is a very complicated task. So, you should avoid bad habits below if you still want your brain to work well.

Not having breakfast. Many people underestimate about breakfast, in fact not having breakfast in the morning can led to a decline of blood sugar levels. This resulted in a lack of nutrients input into the brain which finally can cause brain decline.

Eating too much. Eating too much can hardening the brain arteries which usually leads us to a mental decline. Smoking. Smoking is apparently has horrible effect to our brains. Imagine, our brains may shrink and finally lose its functions.

So, no wonder we are easily get Alzheimer. Too much sugar intake will inhibit proteins and nutrients absorption so the body will experience malnutrition and brain’s development also disrupted.
