Health Care With Yoga
Yoga is a spiritual development technique from India which aged 5,000 years old. The word yoga comes from Sanskrit which means unity, and aims to unify body, mind, and spirit. Many people thought that yoga was a complex fitness, therefore they were unwilling to practice. This is because they are based on the yoga practice that exists in the fitness center.
When they see that yoga instructor doing yoga movements which are “extremely difficult“, they become discouraged, because in their mind is “I can not do that” or “the movement is very difficult“. Whereas the practice of yoga is quite easy and very beneficial for health if it is done regularly. I still remembered in my mind the words from my teacher, a yoga master. One day he said “There is no need to be perfect in the practice of yoga, each person has their own portions, so do not push yourself, just do the routine in accordance with our abilities, it is also can be useful“. So the important thing is the intention, and because of there are many yoga movements, you just choose the appropriate movements for you.
The yoga practice is very good for health, both body and mind health, because the body & soul has a close relationship. Lots of benefits can be derived by practicing yoga starting from exercise your postures and change bad habits. With yoga you can also balance the body and mind, overcome fatigue, relaxation, staying young, prolong life, facilitate the birth process, and many other benefits.
