Health care is our duty and all people must have been sick, but the risk of illness can be minimized or reduced by considering these following things : Rest / Sleep, Time that takes for normal people to sleep is less than 8 hours a day or 1/3 of a day. Sleep time will increase according to age, whether infants, children and the elderly takes sleeping more than adults and young children. Less than that, your body will feel tired and ache. Maybe you could have massage like massage girl, but it would be better to maintain than to cure.
Food, Eat nutritious foods regularly, nothing less or more. Excessive eat can raise blood sugar levels which eventually lead to diabetes. Note also the nutrients according to a proper amount, because the excess of a substance is not good for the health. Do not just eat because it tastes good. Especially now there are many diseases that related to food such as stroke, it will be better to maintain health care than do a stroke therapy.
Psychic condition / Psychology, Do not get too stressed by all the problems in your life. Why should be sad, better have fun. If your work makes you stressed and constantly dizzy then you should start looking for business opportunities or other work that does not make you stress. If you have a problem it would be better to talk with your friends or relatives. Psychic and mind burden can affect the immune system which later can invite physical and spiritual disease. Every problem must have its way out. Take your time for something fun for yourself and do not ever run into alcohol and drugs.
