There are many ways that can be done by the society in order to achieve happiness both physically and emotionally. Because with the joyful heart, it will make someone can be free from stress, depression and makes the life healthier. Happiness which is experienced by a person usually grows from their own mind, it’s about the perspective of life and what action that should be taken to support your happiness.
